Co-Founder and CEO
Ed is a serial founder and product builder with 15+ years launching and scaling ventures across Europe and Africa. He co-founded Patch and previously ran marketplace businesses at Rocket Internet.
He started his career on the trading floor structuring complex fund-linked products for institutional investors, and later advised FTSE 100s on product, transformation and venture at McKinsey.
Founding Product Lead
Lasse is a fintech entrepreneur and product leader with over a decade building and scaling financial ventures. He was Co-Founder and CPO at Heap, Denmark’s leading digital pension platform, acquired by Topdanmark/Nordea Pension in 2022.
Previously he led product strategy for June, Danske Bank’s robo-advisor, and drove digital innovation in wealth and mobile banking.
Chief of Staff
With a background in operations and strategy, Diana brings experience from two of Europe’s unicorns: Babylon Health and Tier Mobility.
She combines operational execution in high-velocity environments with a clear understanding of what it takes to grow ventures.
Founder Engineer
Fred is a CTO and product strategist. He has spent 15+ years building products and shaping the strategy around them, and co-founded Sourcing Playground through three funding rounds.
He works full stack across LLMOps, AI automation and SaaS strategy as a 0 to 1 specialist.
Engineering
Nelson is a technology leader and former CTO with 15+ years building software in technical domains. He spent five years as CTO of Valispace, the engineering platform used by teams building satellites and rockets, taking it from proof-of-concept to a venture-backed SaaS business acquired by Altium in 2024.
He works across architecture, data models, algorithms and cloud infrastructure, and takes on hard problems in whatever domain they show up in.
Engineering
Tyler has spent 15+ years as an engineer and engineering leader at early-stage and scaling startups, from first engineering hire and Head of Engineering to senior roles at high-growth scale-ups. He has built and scaled the systems behind high-traffic real-time platforms, e-commerce operations and logistics, and AI-powered products, alongside data platforms spanning pipelines, warehousing and analytics.
Pragmatic and product-minded, he works end to end, from architecture to production, and cares as much about how a product gets used as how it is built.
